COVID-19 RESPONSE

As we continue to follow the latest developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, our priority is the health and safety of our employees and clients.  Beginning March 18, 2020, Early Childhood Options’ staff will work remotely until April 15, 2020 or until we have received information from local, state, or federal authorities that it is safe to resume.

We have policies and procedures in place for this type of occurrence and our expectation is to have minimal disruption in the support that we provide to our clients.  ECO staff is properly equipped to manage the business at hand remotely and will continue to receive faxes, emails, voicemails, and phone calls.

In an effort to ensure everyone’s safety, we have postponed all trainings until further notice and will handle all client interaction via phone or email until further notice.

Our agency will continue to monitor the situation and in accordance with the office of Governor Dewine, Department of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control, along with any federal and state guidelines that will guide our approach and planning.

This is an unprecedented time for everyone, but we are committed to maintaining our business operations with the delivery of quality service and we thank you for your understanding.

If you should have any questions please feel free to contact the agency via email or phone.

Sincerely,
